Co-op Radio (CFRO-FM) is a non-commercial community radio station in Vancouver, British Columbia, owned by Vancouver Co-operative Radio. Now it broadcast on 100.5 FM, previous to 2012 its frequency was 102.7. The station was originally launched on April 14, 1975, by local activist groups in Vancouver. The purpose of this public radio to provide an opportunity to speak out for those, who do not have a voice on the mainstream media. CFRO-FM airs in ten languages.
