About

KiSS Throwbacks (CKKS-FM-2) broadcasts on 104.9 FM in Vancouver as a rebroadcaster of the main CKKS-FM signal, operated by Rogers Radio. Its purpose is to strengthen coverage across the Greater Vancouver area while delivering a vibrant selection of classic hits. In June 2025, the station underwent a major rebranding, shifting from its previous SONiC Radio identity to KiSS Throwbacks. The refreshed format now centers on nostalgic favorites from the 1990s, 2000s, and early 2010s — songs that defined a generation. With its energetic mix of pop, R&B, and dance hits from recent decades, KiSS Throwbacks brings back the soundtrack of listeners’ memories, keeping the spirit of those eras alive for Vancouver audiences today.

Thank you, thank you, thank you!!!!! I love this music. Today music is so bland and low quality. Bring me back the old beats from the 90s in the 2000s. This is what music really is. When you guys brought it back. I think I went into a funk listening to today’s music. You guys are the greatest and I thank you so much for doing what you do. Also your talk show is unbelievably entertaining Rozz and mocha.
