It first hit the airwaves in 2010 as 92.3 The Dock, offering a blend of classic rock and hit music. The callsign CJOS stands for "CJ Owen Sound", highlighting its local focus. Bell Media announced its acquisition in 2017, and by 2021, the station was rebranded as Bounce 92.3 with an adult hits format. In 2024, Bell Media sold CJOS to its current owner. On April 2, 2025, the station relaunched as Zoomer 92.3, shifting to an oldies format featuring beloved music from the 1960s and 1970s, while keeping some familiar hosts and adding new specialty shows.
